hot stuff

I am teaching an Erotic Fire Play workshop tomorrow for the Portland Leather Alliance. My fire box has been reorganized and the flash products are drying. While I could probably teach this class with one hand tied behind My back, blindfolded, I am a wee nervous and excited, therefore, I will be using all of My available appendages.
And maybe even My third eye.

My astrological sign is Leo, a fire sign, and My rising sign is also Leo. So I like to refer to Myself as - "fire squared".

Like a moth, I have always been drawn to flames.
Candles, camp fires, you name it and I am nearby.
I have many fond memories of fire from My younger days. Like My Mother stoking our wood burning stove to keep warm during the winter. I took pride in learning to build and care for the fire that kept our house toasty. One Thanksgiving when the power went out, we cooked our entire meal on that wood stove.
For a few years we lived in the San Juan Islands and would build huge bonfires on the beach.
Then I discovered witch craft and the power of candles.
And later, finding fire dancing as a creative outlet.

I hope to introduce the wonder of fire to some new(er) folks tomorrow, without getting burned.
